滨松新款低噪音高增益MCP 不含RoHS限制物质

滨松公司利用自主的成膜制备技术,从原材料的选型开始,采用原子层沉积法(以下称ALD ※),成功研发出一种低噪声,高增益的微通道板(以下称MCP)“ALD- MCP”。该产品符合欧盟(以下称EU)RoHS标准,不含受限的铅物质。作为质谱分析设备和扫描电子显微镜(以下称SEM)里使用的高性能MCP,有望取代含铅的以往产品。本新开发产品将于10月1日(星期四)开始向国内外分析仪器和SEM厂商提供用于评估的样品,预计在明年春季正式上市。 ※ALD: Atomic Layer Deposition的缩写,成膜制备技术之一。 通过每原子层的逐步制备,可以对膜厚和结构进行精准控制,广泛应用于半导体等领域。
